We purchased the house while overseas on holiday and had anticipated this being difficult due to the time difference etc... However, Mike made it a seamless experience, was quick to respond to questions and we felt at ease throughout the entire process. Post going unconditional Mike has been exceptional with answering questions and accommodating us when we needed to get quotes/tradies etc. He is honest in answering questions, and rather than just giving an easy no thought response he backs his responses with data and knowledge.
