The sale of our old family home of 19years, which was in need a TLC and builders know how, was sold in a flash with Kale and his team at the helm at EVES. With the sale of the property and the purchase of land through Eves, made the whole experience a one stop shop. The only complaint I have is, we are still waiting on that bottle of complementary wine to celebrate. Otherwise a speedy result, sale done and dusted. And onto a New Build. When we first had contact with Kale, I didn't want an agent as I had a few interested buyers. Even so, I was stuck. The process of closing the buyers was not my strong point. Kale offered to couch me probono over a two week period. We got so close, but the deal fell over. After the disappointment, my wife and I decided to ask Kale and Courtney to join our team.
