I approached Antoni and asked if he would be my Real Estate Agent and sell my property for me. He is a very friendly person and made me feel relaxed about the process of selling my property. Antoni gave me the New Zealand Residential Property Sale and Purchase Agreement Guide, after going through it and explaining it to me. Antoni's communication skills are very good and helped me understand things easier. Once the Agreement for Sale and Purchase of Real Estate was signed off then there were plenty of questions which were answered very professionally. His market knowledge is excellent and I was able to talk with Antoni, listen to what he had to say about the present market and negotiate a change in the selling price. I am aware the market is changing all the time and was kept up with the change in what properties were selling for. I was kept informed of Conditions the Purchaser required and Antoni kept me up to date on these matters. It seemed at times to be a long drawn out affair of selling my property, but then I would get a phone call from Antoni saying how things were moving forward. He was very proactive in providing feedback. His negotiation skills are excellent and he was very professional at all times and did a great job in selling my property.
