I have sold my house using Ray White. I had heard about them through friends & families but had never used them. I dealt with Anton, Anna & Joe. I have sold and bought houses in the past for over 30 years, so I am not new to this game. I am a single mum, I was dreading how the process would go, what would happen, what do I need to do, how will my house be sold, what is the true market rate, what should I do with the furniture and other items in my house, how should I display my house to the potential buyers, how will the commission work, what is expected of me throughout the process and so many other relevant questions. I could have chosen anyone and gone to others to potentially save little but who can put a price on the stress free, honest, upfront, friendly services? Not me.
