After contacting several agents in Chch I selected Anthony because he was the only one who presented a coherent end-to-end plan. He was up-front that due to the current (soft) market, my property would only attract owner occupiers, not investors, whereas other agents suggested keeping the (lovely) tenants in the property. This was a critical insight, as during the campaign the interested parties were all OOs, including the eventual buyer. To be honest, I don’t think another agent would have achieved a sale (or maybe a lower value sale) given the circumstances. Anthony was great at keeping the buyer warm as we approached auction, notified me of small issues that my property manager hadn’t informed me, and worked tirelessly to ensure the property was immaculately presented. Given the small size of my property, I’m surprised at how attentive Anthony was, and thoroughly recommend him and the Harcourts Gold team.
