We recently purchased our first rental property through Anthony Carppe. Anthony and his entire team were extremely professional, warm, friendly, efficient, straight-forward and highly communicative throughout the entire process. We enjoyed purchasing from such an experienced salesperson and team and would have no hesitation in giving Anthony our highest recommendation to any other prospective vendors or purchasers.

Selling our house was a big deal. So much money on the line made us feel quite vulnerable. Anthony and Jane have sold a house for us before and we were very confident that they would be the best people to deliver again, and we were not disappointed. Some of the stand-out qualities that we experienced included their knowledge of how the housing market works and the current environment, their empathy with our needs as sellers, their integrity and honesty. They were professional and reliable, with a good humour that made us relaxed throughout. We would not hesitate to employ their services again and would happily recommend to others.

Anthony provided a great service in marketing and selling a very specific property especially as overseas owners we were unable to return to New Zealand due to Covid crisis and the property had to be sold remotely. As said above a very professional, friendly and efficient service.

When we decided to sell our home we asked friends who had either recently sold or purchased a home for their experiences. Anthony Carppe was recommended and although we did not know Anthony we did know he was a high profile and successful agent Based on recommendations and our own research we chose Anthony Carppe from Baileys Real Estate to market our home. When contact was made Anthony was very professional and a good communicator. He had a clear cut plan for marketing and clear guidelines of what was required from us. Anthony’s marketing team were also very professional. The sale process was unbelievably quick and a very satisfactory result was achieved. The presentation of the offer was clear and uncomplicated. We are totally satisfied with Anthony and his team and are very pleased with our choice.

We were so impressed with the speed in which you followed up with us after viewing the property. We called you to express some interest and a couple of hours later you were at our house on a Sunday evening, offering us advice and drawing up a Sales & Purchase Agreement. You then went straight to the vendor and presented the offer and called us within the hour to tell us we were successful! We felt happy with the price we paid and certainly didn't feel any pressure from you to put in a really high offer. After satisfying our conditions we were unconditional less than five days later. It really did help us feel confident that we would have enough time to satisfy our conditions because you were able to provide us with the Council Property File. We also wanted to thank you for your constant follow up while we were still looking - we attended an open home of yours some months back and you have been the only agent that consistently followed up with us and advised of potential properties and generally seeing whether we were still looking for property. It has been a pleasure working with you and we appreciate that you are always willing to answer our questions in a professional and friendly manner. Thank you for assisting us with getting into our first home after a few disappointments in a pretty challenging property market!

We would like to thank you very much for finding us our new home in Richmond, and making the whole process smooth. Your professional manner and good knowledge of the market was very helpful during this process. Like to also mention the support we received from Nish in providing information and follow up phone calls, in a very timely manner. You gave us good advice and we are very happy in our new home. We would certainly recommend you to anyone wishing to purchase or sell their home.

“We found Anthony Carppe to be highly professional, thorough and helpful in showing us through and over our newly purchased property. His response to information required and our queries were carried out in a prompt and efficient manner. He was down to earth, very approachable, only a phone call away, nothing was any trouble”.

We found he was on the ball and started where other agents hoped to finish in pricing and more than achieved this. Communication was good and knew the ins and outs. Also helpful in our future movements.

Anthony navigated the management of both our sale and simultaneous purchase with professionalism and integrity. Because of a strong database of prospective buyers, we received offers immediately and he was able to table compelling offers. We had regular contact from the team who both kept us up to date with the market and maintained an interest in our plans. We had set up our sale well in advance and we were able to move quickly when we saw a property we were interested in. There was always a sense that our interests were paramount and there was never any undue pressure. Anthony took time to build a relationship with us and although it took us 9 months to find the house we wanted it took under a week to confirm both a purchase and sale! The sale process and contracting phase were transparent and well communicated. In the nine months prior to the live listing of our propriety the value of house had increased and the offer range was adjusted to reflect this. Follow up has been professional and we appreciated the basket of gifts and the marketing photos of our new house. Anthony and the Bayley's team invested in us for the long term relationship and were able to act quickly and deliver a happy result for all involved.

Anthony and his team made the whole process easy and stress free he worked round our timeline and family life and got us the price we wanted. Well worth it if you are looking for someone to sell your property.

Anthony was very professional in the way he marketed the property. and his approach to selling. He had everything at his fingertips, The weather was against him all the way but he managed to get the sale

My partner and I have recently purchased a home from Anthony and his team at Bayleys. Throughout the entire process they've been both friendly and professional, were quick to follow up about our interest in the property, organising a second viewing and answering our many questions. Particularly as this was our first home purchase, we're grateful to have dealt with a team that made the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
