Anoushka took over late in my sales campaign from Brok Mulligan whom I initially contracted with. I did not appreciate the approach directly to my solicitor on the possibility of my house being rented prior to sale, after I'd essentially ruled this option out and had at no point asked her to do so. Felt this was working for the buyer rather than me. I was also disappointed that I had very little feedback on what potential buyers from open homes felt the house was actually worth, thus I have no comprehension really from accepting an offer, whether I met the market value or sold significantly under it.

I first met this lovely lady when I called into an open home of a property that I liked the look of. It was a horrible day, raining, windy and she commented that it was the perfect day to view!! She told me all she knew about the house and said if I had any questions to contact her. I felt an instant connection with the property but wasn’t in a position to buy at that time. Fortunately for me, the situation change and I was able to buy it!! Anoushka’s friendly personality was a credit to the vendor and her company. Thank you so much!
