Annette was able to articulate the needs of the vendor while taking an active interest in our desire to purchase the property. She facilitated the negotiation on price until we reached a satisfactory outcome for both vendor (hopefully) and us as purchasers. She was always ready to meet us outside of open home hours as we needed to travel some distance to visit the property.
