Excellent, I left everything in Annette's care. Very professional & well organized.

I decided to sell my home to downsize because of my age. I contacted Annette because we had great business with her help, in selling our previous place in 2015. We needed Annette's help again in buying our section, which she helped us to inspect, and where we built our home. After my husband died, the property became too much for me, so January 2023 I decided to sell & move to the township. Even when the January "downturn" in the housing market occurred Annette kept my house advertised and in the public eye. Annette matches purchasers tastes and budgets, and looking to get the best price for her vendors & purchasers. Her suggestions and encouragement in making my property attractive to purchasers was helpful, keeping the house uncluttered and clean and the garden neat and tidy are what attract purchasers. Annette's interaction between me, my Solicitor and my two Power's of Attorney has been excellent, and very professional. I have complete trust in her. I would recommend Annette to anyone wishing to buy or sell their property.
