We couldn’t recommend Annette highly enough. From start to finish, she was absolutely fantastic to deal with and made what could have been a very stressful process so much easier for us. Annette is incredibly professional, experienced and knowledgeable, and she really knows her stuff. Her negotiation skills were excellent, and she handled all the different relationships involved, between my sister and me, and with the buyers and their partners, with such professionalism, patience and diplomacy. She was always quick to get back to us, kept us informed and was constantly on top of everything. What really stood out was how much she went above and beyond. When she thought there might be an issue with something, she actually drove around to the neighbours herself to talk to them and find out what was going on. That’s the sort of thing that really shows how committed she is to her clients. We always felt that she genuinely cared about getting the best outcome for us, while also keeping things positive and respectful with the buyers. She was incredibly approachable, reassuring and hardworking throughout. Annette is a real expert at what she does, and we felt very lucky to have her looking after us.
