Fantastic selling experience

Annette Fraser, is my agent. She has helped me over the last year and a half to look at homes, and now to sell my home. She was amazing with her communication, making sure I knew exactly what processes where involved and what I needed to do. Especially as I am new to Christchurch, and there are things to look out for here, that aren’t required in other parts of the country. Annette has become a friend through this process, I absolutely respect her opinion in Real Estate, she has a definite understanding of the market. She is professional and friendly and always there when it was needed. I can’t recommend her highly enough.
