Annette has all the things you would want from ,a agent and rarely get. they promote themselves as being honest, will work for you ,etc. etc. but Annette really will, do all the above and add more value. this is my honest review thanks Annette

My experience with selling my city apartment with Annette was excellent. I was able to trust her deal with everything throughout the whole process. From writing up the trade me advertisement, co-ordinating the photographs, organising electrician etc. She went over and beyond! I recently purchased the property 1/34 and 2/34 Evelyn Place from Annette. After settlement, Annette helped me solve a few problems regarding the hot water cylinder in Unit 2. This fault was not picked up at the final inspection. Therefore the vendor did not rectify this problem before settlement. It was very serious for my tenant because the problem was discovered just a few days before every plumber was closing for their Christmas holidays. Annette has managed to persuade a plumber to fix the hot water before he went for his holidays. Another problem I have after settlement was that I found there was no key for a deadlock on the front door of Unit 1. Annette also help me to arrange for a contractor to change the barrel and supply me with keys to this lock. The vendor should have done it, but it would cost me more legal cost to pursue it. The above problems were carried out promptly and Annette kept me informed of the progress. I will have no hesitation in recommending Annette to my friends who have properties for sale or are looking to buy a property.
