Anne was fantastic, she got it done, a window blew out in a storm, the window was repaired and the wet carpet cleaned and dried, she sorted the power issue after a pole fuse problem, we had several viewings and Anne was more than happy to open the house every time, she was quick to answer any queries we had and she was more than happy to follow up on things like the healthy home assessment and renting tenancy.
