I asked her not to tell me what the negative comments were from prospective buyers as I wasn’t interested as I needed to sell my home unfortunately due to a change in circumstances. Anne was professional and very easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend her to anyone selling their home.

I had little to do with Anne except the official paperwork. All messages were very friendly and encouraging. I appreciated the personal approach. I’d like to suggest Tall Poppy have a flow chart or the likes showing the process when buying or selling starting with the letter of engagement and ending I guess at settlement. It’s a very stressful time and personally I like to know the process and what to expect in written form so I can refer to it. All was explained verbally though and my questions were always answered.
