We had never met Anna Straathof before the decision was made to sell our 2 bedroom unit in New Plymouth. We reside in Auckland and it was important to have a Real Estate Agent we could relate to personally. We were so lucky to be introduced to Anna by a trusted family member. Anna's professionalism was exceptional in answering our many questions and perceived problems accurately. Every phone call was answered directly, calmly and correctly. Paper work was presented promptly, and corrected here and there with patient calmness. Anna communicated with our legal team with professionalism. When the sale was completed within weeks Anna celebrated equally with us, all of which was handled in a particularly 'difficult' period for house sales. Her follow up was greatly appreciated.
