From our initial meeting, presenting our appraisal and every step of the sale process we found communication, market knowledge and professionalism at an extremely high standard. I was recommending Anna before we had agreed sale on our home as we had such confidence she would deliver. I deal with property transactions regularly as part of my job and I know how bad service and lack of knowledge can impact both financially and emotionally.
