We couldn’t rate Anna more highly than excellent in all respects. Her communication skills are top class- prompt responses to requests/questions from us from us as sellers to either emails or phone calls; she expresses herself concisely and clearly in emails and follows through on commitments. There were no false promises just clear comments on realities and a determination to secure what we had requested. We thought we knew what we were looking for but as Anna asked more and more questions about what it was that made us tick and those things most important to us, she started to show us some houses that we had not even initially thought of entertaining and guess what... SHE WAS RIGHT! We ended up purchasing a home that we never even gave a second glance because of the due-dillegence that Anna did. Highly recommend.
