Anna could not have been any better!

We met Anna when she was hosting an open home in a property we were viewing. We were instantly impressed with her professionalism and empathy and decided that when we were ready to sell our home she was the agent we wanted to use. She did not disappoint, in fact she went way beyond our expectations. This was the first property we had sold in NZ and she led us carefully and with great patience from deciding when to sell, how best to sell our specific home and negotiating on our behalf when there were many offers on the table. For us the whole process of down-sizing, after nearly 20 years, was made very easy. We were kept informed every step of the way and Anna was very proactive in getting what we needed. Any queries were answered very promptly and it seemed that nothing was too much trouble for her. We recommended Anna to some friends who were going to sell and they were equally impressed and successful! We could not do anything other than award her 10 out of 10!
