Anyone can sell a house when the market is doing well. But when there are no buyers, prices are crashing, and you still want to sell, you need someone with actual skills in selling and negotiating deals. Anna was kind, professional, and really dang good at her job. She sold our house within a few weeks in a falling market for a price I was happy with. She also tolerated some weird requests from both the buyer and myself, LOL. If you need a knowledgeable professional who will listen to what your goals are and not try to force you into an expensive and inappropriate sales strategy (*cough* auction *cough*), I strongly recommend Anna.
