Anna is just down to earth, personable and really caring. She knows the area and could name all of our neighbours before we even moved in! Anna stuck in there even during what felt like a marathon to get everything settled and the little things like asking the vendor to do extra cleaning jobs here and there, doing extra showings so we could bring family members through and even our fantastic home welcoming gift really made a huge difference to us.
