A stressful and difficult process for these first time sellers. Lots of miscommunication, lack of communication and overall rushed and confusing interactions. The sale went through which was all we wanted however it dragged on due to inefficiency from our agent. It was not an easy experience. Hardly heard from the agent, very little support in the end compared with the first meeting where everything sounded professional and easy. Perhaps took on too many clients at once? Felt like we did a lot of running around, inquiries and paperwork that was out of our depth. Not entirely sure why there was so little follow through but cannot say we would recommend.
