Some errors and discrepancies in the marketing material. Some more attention to detail and discussion of the heading for the market would have been nice as the heading was a bit boring could have been a bit more creative to entice buyers of the lovely courtyard garden area. Photo used on front cover showed a small dent in the door which wouldn't of been my preferred photo to use for advertising. Some photos were not the best in the website marketing. Given that $4000 is charged more the marketing I think a bit more care with planning timing would be better to ensure that the marketing is checked off with the vendor ie. photos used etc. And wording used. Also the auction was brought forward with the offer and I wasn't notified that the venue had changed therefore my mother nearly missed the auction and buyers could have gone to the time on the sign not the time on the website and missed the auction all together meaning that I didn't have any other buyers at the auction to bid so no auction really and was charged for an auction that wasn't really an auction as it was all so rushed bringing it forward. No feedback was presented on email after the second weekend of open homes. I did feel that my property could have been on the market longer and could have created some more interest and buying power at the auction, that wasn't really an auction. If a testimony is expected immediately on putting up the sold sign a bit of warning would have been nice, as some vendors find this time to be very stressful time. I phone call on the morning of the auction would have been nice for some assurance that I was being looked after as the vendor and not just the buyer who put in the pre auction offer to be looked after. Some things I felt was disappointing but overall Anna is professional and showed great enthusiasm but some finer details on marketing and communication was missing.
