It Felt Like Finding Our Forever Home with a Family Friend by Our Side

From the very beginning of our buying journey, Ann was nothing short of amazing. She was so kind, welcoming, and completely upfront with us from the start. Her knowledge of the house we were buying was outstanding, and the moment we stepped through the gate, we fell in love with our "future home." It truly felt magical. Throughout our entire buying journey, Ann supported and guided us every step of the way. It honestly felt like we were dealing with a family friend rather than an estate agent. In the lead up to completion, she went over and above by sending us photos of our view, a picture of the beautiful roses growing in the garden, and kept us informed at all times, which meant so much to us. The gorgeous and incredibly generous gift basket she gave us upon completion was such a thoughtful touch, and my boys absolutely loved the books she chose, especially for them. I would recommend Ann in a heartbeat. She was an absolute pleasure to work with, and we are so grateful for everything she did to help us find and fall in love with our dream/forever home.
