On 7th August I met up with Annmarie over a coffee and discussed the possibility of her selling the property for us plus to also help us purchase a new smaller property, going forward. From the very first meeting Annmarie made herself available to us 24/7 and ensured she would be by our side through the entire process. Over the next 3 months we went through a very intense regime of decluttering the home, moving into storage all unnecessary items from a large family home and all else that that involves, held open homes (during lockdown which made this very difficult on seller and possible buyers) After a few open homes (very difficult lockdown restriction open homes) our family home was sold at auction with Annmarie by our side. From March to June Ann-Marie worked with me, first with the formalities of being able to sell the property, then preparing the place for sale. She arranged for all the open homes and followed up all interest expressed through telephone calls, Emails and other expressions of interest. From my perception she was particularly diligent and hardworking in following up all expressions of interest and a favorable offer was presented to me on 10 June (plus a back-up offer should the first one have fallen through). I consider her to be honest and forthright and fair in he dealings both with me and the prospective buyers.
