Ann's performance was above and beyond expectations

Ann was engaged with our renovation project from the outset, giving sensible advice as to the extent of our alterations versus potential return at the time of sale. She stayed in regular contact with me and my building team as the work progressed and arranged timely listing and marketing. She did 2-3 open homes per week sometimes two in one day. This generated considerable interest in the property from the outset.Her conduct was very professional and she stayed in very regular contact providing updates during the marketing period . The property was sold at auction! In the lead up to the auction Ann worked hard with all the "buyers" with 4 registered bidders attending. Her home stager (the Staging project) also did an excellent job, adapting to fit into a tight timeline. I would highly recommend Ann to others- she will go the extra mile for her clients!!
