Ann has been a wonderful agent! She has a friendly and positive disposition which is welcome in the sometimes tricky business of selling a home. She kept us informed of the progress each step of the way, often more than once a day. Her knowledge of the legalities involved in selling a property is very sound. Ann was able to source tradesman when extra work was needed and supervised the work maintaining a high standard. She sourced a staging professional who was excellent. Ann negotiated the exit of family members from the home prior to going on market in a tactful manner. Ann did extra open homes and made sure her information about the home was correct. She maintained a positive feeling throughout the process even when an offer fell through. She made it clear at all times that we were her clients and not the buyers.
