After two previous failed attempts to sell our property, yes, two, with different agencies over the last two years, Ankush comes along and sells it within a week or three days to be exact. Ankush, did what a professional agent is meant to do, his communication and commitment is excellent, he's not there to just list your property, but to actively market, promote and sell it. We never had to call or follow up with anything. Ankush and Cam went above and beyond to sell our property and we know they had our best interests at heart. Their market knowledge is excellent. They were sensitive to our needs and knew our situation as they'd always kept in touch with us. Our only regret was not choosing them from the start. We highly recommend them.
