"Above and beyond" doesn't do her justice. As inexperienced buyers, Anita provided insight and wisdom, even at her own detriment, about every aspect of the property and even the buying process. She put up with late night phone calls and texts, replied to emails from our mortgage broker and lawyer blisteringly fast, and showed she truly cared about our situation. She rushed things we asked her to and yet took her time to meet up with us and explain everything we needed help with. All while being open, honest, welcoming and funny. We could not have bought this house without her.
