Anita was the agent for a property we were interested after a very reasonable drop in asking price. She was very open about the details of the property and the sellers desire to take offers soon, and suggested we made the offer that we were discussing during a happy visit during an open home. as we are first home buyers she helped us with the nitty gritty of the signed offer before she finished showing her clients the offers for the day. She has happily helped us going forward as the offer was accepted and we are heading towards settlement day!

From the initial discussions to the sale of my property, my experience in dealing with Anita was an excellent one. The property was a bit " tired" but in a good area of town. Anita said it should make between $570 to $590k and we sold for $580k , in a very short time. At all way through the sale process , I was informed of developments. This is not the first time Anita has sold a property for me. If I am going to sell any more property , I will be calling Anita !
