Anita is fantastic

Being it was mine and my partners first home, we got approved. Finding a place was so difficult and the agents we were dealing with to help us find a place were just awful, lazy, terrible communicators. We had actually given up until a Sunday we decided to have 1 more look on trademe, and there she was the 3rd listing and we thought let's go look so we did, we were first there, early. Anita pulled up we drove in 10 meters and said this is home. Once we got up the drive and seen the house we asked Anita questions and she happily answered to the absolute best of her knowledge, we put in an offer there and then and from there everything just went, Anita made everything so smooth from her end and now we are in the house and we love it. We only wished we had found Anita sooner, her great personality, humor and professionalism is exactly what we needed, she actually cares and that's really hard to find as we went through many real estate agents and none of them cared like Anita, We also found that none of them listened to what we were looking for either so for Anita to understand was a breath of fresh air, she also said if we didn't get that property she would help us find our home so it was nice to have someone who genuinely cared and wanted to help us.
