We had bought our property through Anita originally and when we made the decision to sell she was the only agent we contacted. Excellent service and knowledge of the local rotorua market. All of our interactions with her and Mele were friendly, knowledgeable and straightforward. As we were out of the country, Anita helped organize access for tradesmen etc when required. Even took time out of her family Christmas celebration to share the good news with us. A lovely lady to deal with, I would highly recommend her if you are selling in the rotorua area.

We have been working with Anita for years. Her honesty and transparency stand out, as she always provides thoughtful and candid feedback that we know we can rely on. Her expertise, dedication, and genuine care for her clients make her a standout agent. We recommend Anita to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and dependable in the real estate market!

We recently purchased our home through Anita Martelli. She is a great agent to work with, responsive, friendly, thorough, and went out of her way to suggest clauses etc which would help make our lives a little easier when it came time to settle (early access to the property etc). Anita was very easy to work with and helped make our purchase as seamless as possible. We would recommend her to future buyers / sellers.

Anita was excellent to deal with through the total process of selling our House. We would recommend anyone Buying or Selling to use her company's service if you want Action.

Anita was amazing to deal with from the get go, friendly, efficient and went the extra mile for us as the purchaser. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Anita to anyone who is looking to purchase a property.

Huge thanks to Anita and Mel for their incredible support—morning, noon, and right up to settlement! My wife and I were absolutely amazed by their dedication and how they handled every unexpected challenge along the way. Ray White Concierge service is an absolute game-changer. Who knew moving could come with surprises like gas bottle delivery delays, internet hiccups, and even sorting out a trailer? Thankfully, Anita and Mel were always one step ahead, ensuring everything ran smoothly. Fully settled and fully recommended!

Highly recommend Anita . Two previous agents failed to get us sold . Anita presented an excellent marketing campaign, was clear on how she’d would get us sold , and she delivered . She kept us involved throughout the sales process and provided regular updates on how our sale was proceeding. We sold at a price we were very happy with that was reflective of the market . Highly recommend Anita for all your real estate needs. She is someone you can trust

I purchased a property through Anita whilst living in a different city, Anita and her team went above and beyond to get this one across the line. Very happy with the result.

I could not have asked for a better agent. She immediately put me at ease and was incredibly helpful throughout the process. Her knowledge, communication and professionalism helped achieve an outstanding result for me for which I am truly grateful. Anita’s fabulous team must also get a mention. Communication was on point.

Entrusted Anita a second time to market our Springfield property. Continued to be impressed with her knowledge of the market and her dedication and enthusiasm. Nothing was too much trouble and we ended up with the outcome we were after. Thank you Anita

Anita guided us through the purchase and was incredibly responsive and diligent throughout the whole process. The service and care exceed expectations.

This is the third time we have sought Anita’s expertise and advice, we were not disappointed. Anita has always been available, honest and there to listen to our queries and any concerns we may have had. Anita has been there to smooth the way for both ourselves and the purchaser. Well done and thank you! Wendy and Brent
