We embarked on a selling campaign of our house on the 22nd of May, 2020 with Ray White (Carpenter Realty Limited) with Anika Hopper as our dedicated Real Estate Agent. We signed up for a 3-4 week push to sell the house and we sold it at auction. We found the service and communication given by Anika as exemplary, professional, open and accountable the whole time we were engaged in this crusade. We loved her friendly manner and the compromising way she dealt with us as a family with the issues that arose from selling our family asset of 28 years. We aren't the easiest of vendors to deal with, but Anika made the whole situation like a walk in the park. We were quite sceptical in selling especially as it was Post COVID-19, and we weren't quite sure what the climate was like for buying and selling as the whole economy of New Zealand was up in the air. Nothing like this had ever happened in the world before, so we were delighted with the way Anika talked us through, and held our hands during this whole process.
