Angie was very supportive - twice coming from Titahi Bay to my home in Wellington, when she realised I had mobility problems. She supported me with advice on who to contact for help with drainage issues etc. She visited the house, after particularly wet weather, to empty buckets of water from the internally leaking roof. thus preventing my having to make several trips in close succession. Angie always answered any queries promptly and her enthusiasm was appreciated. She knows the area very well and was able to help me contact a lawyer etc. I was welcome to call her any time and Angie was always very prompt getting in touch if she had been unable to take an initial call. I greatly appreciated, some months after the sale, when she got permission to send me some photographs of the improvements which have already been made by the new owners. It made the decision of selling my brother's home much easier, as I can see it will be well loved by the new owners.
