Angelina and Natalya were the best to work with. We felt there was genuine care for us throughout the whole process. Even though they were selling the home on behalf of the vendors, it was lovely to experience the care they had for their vendors while also making us, as the buyers, feel supported. Communication with them was always prompt and informative, and we never felt pressured or rushed into making any decisions. I really felt like this home was meant for us, and Angelina and Natalya made it feel that way too. Thank you both so much, not only for all the information and support, but also for the very thoughtful gifts and well wishes from the moment we went unconditional right through to settlement day.
