At the open homes she took the time to explain every detail of the house, and she contacted the owner to get our detailed questions answered - all in a timely manner - nothing was too much trouble. When it came time to completing the contract - she knows her stuff. Picking up on one of my mistakes, she treated me with respect and got it sorted quickly. Getting our building checks booked in, pre settlement checks were all easily arranged - the vendor must have been really happy with her too!
