Coming back to NZ, I first met Angela on another house I was interested in. Once her absent vendor and I agreed on price, a property inspection was done. Unfortunately the property had issues that made it untenable to me. Through this entire process (which took nearly a month), Angela was the consummate professional, being an excellent conduit and communicator, providing and delivering vital information, organizing and responding to, the needs of her client and myself. Coincidentally she was also the agent for the second property I became interested in and Angela showed the same character and diligence in showing this house as the first one. Any problems or questions were handled efficiently and quickly, again with a vendor that was not living near the property anymore. If I ever sell this house, Angela will be the first call I make. I know that she will represent me well.
