First time performance led to engaging them once again

My experience selling our Papamoa home in late 2000 with Angela and Nick made it a no brainer to engage them again for another property sale. They definitely again met my expectation regarding market knowledge and what I could expect in a challenging time to sell a property. As an example of their professionalism they had implemented a recommendation I made after the sale of our first property. I have found that they get done whatever they commit to do and their style in non-aggressive. They have to ability to develop a strong report with their client seller and able to seek out potential Buyers. As a client communication is a key and both times I couldn't fault their information flow in keeping me update. If there is a next time I have a need for a Mt Maunganui / Papamoa Real Estate Agent Angela and Nick will be my choice.
