As a purchaser the process was straight forward and communication was good. Knew the property and the on-line process, whilst new to us seemed to work well. The only comment I would make and this was not a reflection of Angela's interaction was my frustration at getting a survey email as soon as the process became unconditional and the repeated followup emails. The sale was not finalised until after settlement date and it was not until then that I could fairly review the process.
