Angela was the sellers agent for the house that we purchased. She was very welcoming at the open home, and knew the house very well. She could answer all our questions easily. She was very quick to respond by email, text or phone call with any of our questions going forward. We felt sure that she had our interests considered as well as the seller which was reassuring. She even provided a welcome hamper on our settlement date! Hopefully we stay in touch with Angela and work with her again.

It was our first time selling our home and we were recommended to Angela from another seller in our area. When we first met her, she was friendly, warm and appreciative of the work we had put into our home which we loved. We weren't quite ready to sell straight away, so she was very patient with us. She helped make this daunting experience an easy one, and showed us support during the conditional stage. Highly recommend and very knowledgeable in what she does!
As a purchaser the process was straight forward and communication was good. Knew the property and the on-line process, whilst new to us seemed to work well. The only comment I would make and this was not a reflection of Angela's interaction was my frustration at getting a survey email as soon as the process became unconditional and the repeated followup emails. The sale was not finalised until after settlement date and it was not until then that I could fairly review the process.
