Quite the experience with Andy of Tremains Taupo and Millie of Tremains Napier as they made my move happen. A changing market, negotiation skills, conditional agreements subject to sale, and different personalities (not to mention Covid) all proved challenging! However it all worked out in the end so I would encourage others to list with Andy as she’ll stick with you all the way and make it happen.

Andy had the most professional and caring attitude we came across when deciding who we wanted to sell our property, we thought long and hard and choosing her was the best decision we could have made.We were treated more as friends and no question or request we made were no issue big or small. Her communication was outstanding and her friendly caring attitude was out of this world. she treated us like people and not just another Client. i an not recommend her any more than i already have as she is the best agent we will have ever delt with! i hope to deal with her in the future!!!!!!

Andy was very friendly and lovely to deal with, I just felt that she gave bad advice regarding settlement date and deposit amount. As I was a first home buyer I felt she should have told me that a normal settlement date is around 15 days not 5 so this gave me a challenge regarding using my KiwiSaver. Also I’ve been told that a normal deposit is around 5-10% not 20% which would would have been helpful to know. So just felt that they were trying to rush the sale through. Other than that Andy was a pleasure to work with.

Andy always had a smile on for face, was super helpful and knowledgeable about property and the market and had great communication! Thanks so much for all your hard work😊
