Andrew has excellent knowledge of the area particularly having sold the neighbouring properties to the one we purchased. we appreciated his knowledge of the boundaries of the property given there are no boundary fences with the adjoining lots. All in all, a seamless experience with good communication and often in a timely manner. We appreciated the efforts he went to in assisting us with the purchase, certainly wasn't your normal property viewing and we appreciated the time he allowed for us to have a good look around to get the lay of the land.
