Andrew has a much more relaxed approach to real estate and takes the fright out of selling property. He explained all the technical terms in layman's terms and helped me get things looking amazing for open homes ect.
We only discovered Sell direct by accident when a house around the corner sold. Andrew arrived and i was impressed with his friendy and informative approach. He laid out our options and we chose a package and the negotiation option as we were not comfortable dealing with buyers when it came to price. We found managing our open homes very good as you are on hand to answer questions potential buyers ask which the agent may not know right away. It also gave us a chance to meet the eventual purchasor and give them a wider view point of the area and neighbours etc. I believe this went someway towards them purchasing our home. I am sure they will be as happy here as we have been. Even after the sale went unconditional Andrew still stayed in contact offering support and assistance during the lockdown which has held up settlement. I would recommend Andrew and Sell direct as a good option in selling your home .We saved a lot of money in fees and it does not entail too much additional work.
