Andrew and the Wallace team recently sold our Auckland property. We live out of Auckland and we were very impressed with the guidance and support we received through our selling process. He gave us advice on how to prepare our house to an optimum sale price including staging and excellent photography creating an inviting home. With his marketing skills throughout the Auction campaign we had 101 house inspections and five registered bidders. We were thrilled with the price we received when the hammer came down on Auction day. Throughout the campaign we found Andrew very easy to communicate with, always available, honest and very personable. He treated prospective purchasers in a straight forward honest and caring manner as he assisted them with their due diligence. Nothing was too much trouble and small details were never missed.
