Got Andrew's contacts from the local football club here in TA , as I like a guy who gives back to community sports , and was a good thing I did as he did a great job. Andrew was very professional in not only his approach but also his delivery. Clearly explained everything I needed to know within the current market and was able to get above market value for the house which I'm very happy with and within 1 week of multiple offers.
