First time house sellers, selling via an EPoA, through COVID lockdowns and a falling market wasn't the easiest proposition. Andrew worked closely with us explaining what we should expect at each stage. When the building report came back with many findings we had been warned and were prepared. He kept interested parties engaged while we sorted asbestos issues and kept us up to date with what we needed to know and do throughout the process.
