After hunting for 8 months and encountering lacklustre agents at every turn, Andrew was a breath of fresh air. Super keen and knowledgeable without being pushy. He knew the area, its perks and the potential downsides - super honest and trustworthy. On auction day he helped me to bid and even though he "works for the seller" didn't make me feel steamrolled into any decisions. He's a testament to the profession!
