Open and Honest Communication: During a hectic weekend filled with open home viewings in Hawkes Bay, we had the pleasure of meeting Andrew. As we were visiting from out of town, we encountered many agents over the weekend, but Andrew stood out as one of the most engaging and professional among them. His willingness to assist us was evident when he promptly organised an additional viewing immediately after the weekend, accommodating our travel schedule as we were returning home. Support and Teamwork: Although we experienced a setback and were unable to meet Andrew as planned, Rachael stepped in and provided invaluable help. She assisted us with all the necessary paperwork, ensuring we were prepared to participate as phone bidders in the auction. This support was instrumental in alleviating any stress associated with the process. Successful Outcome: Thanks to the excellent teamwork between Andrew and Rachael, we successfully secured the property at auction. The entire bidding and negotiation experience was made as stress-free as possible, and we are extremely pleased with the outcome. We look forward to moving to Hawkes Bay and beginning this new chapter.
