Finally a successful sale

The market flattened and the agents did everything to sell the property. After 3 conditional offers were delivered over a period of months and then failing, we finally achieved a sale which very quickly went unconditional. This was definitely a long term effort and both agents kept me fully informed and provided me with options to consider.
