Right from the get go Andrew put us at ease. He was warm and engaging at the open home, followed up and remembered us and our situation. We were nervous at the auction, but having Andrew there was like having a support network - we really appreciated that, it meant a lot. His level of professionalism and communication was top notch, before and after the auction. Can't rate him enough :)
