Where to begin! Andrew made everything so easy to complete the sale of our property. The advice he gave us was to the point and came with solutions which he made easy to do. He spent his own time doing a number of things which we didn't expect him to do and which we appreciated greatly. His communication with us both verbal and email was exemplary and ongoing, so much so we quite missed his contact in the weeks following the sale. Always positive in his outlook he made us feel confident in things we decided to do to enhance the sale. We have no hesitation at all in recommending him to other sellers.
