However, having the vendor present at the final inspection made it difficult to raise issues around cleaning and items left behind. This was a learning experience for us, and next time we would request a private final inspection with everything cleared and not so flustered. Andrew was responsive and helpful with follow-up communication, and we appreciate his role in helping us purchase my partners first home.
